1. Jiu-Jitsu Technique Drills Focus: Escapes, submissions, positional control
Objective: Build coordination and body awareness.
2. Self-Defense Training Focus: Verbal de-escalation, situational awareness, physical defense techniques
Objective: Equip children with practical skills to protect themselves.
3. Sparring & Scenario-Based Drills Focus: Live sparring sessions and real-life scenario simulations
Objective: Enhance adaptability and decision-making under pressure.
4. Mindset & Personal Development Focus: Daily mindset sessions covering topics like resilience, confidence, and focus
Objective: Foster mental strength and personal growth.
5. Bushido & Creed Values Focus: Daily themes inspired by the Bushido code & Creed Values (e.g., respect, integrity, courage)
Objective: Instill a strong ethical foundation and sense of community.
