One of our representatives will contact you to schedule your private lesson and answer any questions before your first class.
At your appointment, you’ll meet your instructor and begin the first of three foundational lessons. These lessons will quickly and safely introduce you to classic Jiu-Jitsu movements, essential drills, and self-defense fundamentals.
Only after completing the introductory course and mastering these techniques in a safe, low-risk environment will you join group classes and train alongside students at your level.
