HOW ELECTRIC JIU JITSU PROGRAM WORKS
Start training Jiu-Jitsu with zero hassle. Enter your information to request your Trial Class, and one of our representatives will contact you to schedule your private introductory lesson and answer any questions before your visit.
At your appointment, you will meet your instructor and begin the first of three foundational lessons, designed to introduce you quickly and safely to classic Jiu-Jitsu mobility, essential drills, and core self-defense fundamentals.
After completing the introductory course and learning all techniques in a controlled, injury-free environment, you will be introduced to group classes and begin training alongside students at your appropriate level.
