At your appointment, you will meet your instructor and receive the first of three basic lessons, which will introduce you easily and fast to classic Jiu Jitsu mobility, basic drills and Self-Defense fundamentals.
Only after you receive the basic course and learn all the introductory techniques safely, with zero to no risk of injury, you will be introduced to the group class and start training along with your respective level.
